the rooms are modern they are spacious and well equipped. the shuttle service made getting to the beach easy. i had a tour of a two bed apartment it was fine.

poor location inconsistent service
The room was spacious and well kept. The minibar was complimentary.
The service was inconsistent. Some reception staff were very attentive, but others seemed indifferent. I experienced this on multiple occasions. The location is also a letdown. The roads leading to the hotel are narrow and poorly lit.

experienced coach tasty platter poolside photography
the swimming lessons i attended were fantastic. arun ji, the lifeguard, is an experienced coach. i was surprised at poolside photography services. buddhadeb provided those and they were much better than professional photographers. the breakfast platter was extensive and tasty!
staff sometimes falls down on attention to detail. i think improvements can be made.

spacious room welcome cake swift check-in delicious breakfast
The rooms are spacious. A welcome cake was provided. Swift check-in occurred. Vishal at reservation assisted efficiently. Breakfast was delicious.

Staff behaviour was super good. Service was top notch. Staff at the buffet station were very cooperative. Another staff member named buddhadev was humble and sweet. He even took awesome photos.
