Dogwood Cafe is located in the newly renovated lobby and open from 7 AM to 11 PM. The Cafe offers made-to-order omelets, a seasonally changing buffet, eggs benedict, French toast, and avocado toast. It showcases local ingredients with classic American items, such as Smash Burgers, Beef Chili, Flatbreads, and Wings. The Dogwood Bar, located in the lobby, features hyper-local craft beers on draft and domestic and imported beers, a wine list, and signature hand-crafted cocktails. The Montford Rooftop Bar, on the 8th floor, serves premium cocktails and small plates with locally sourced ingredients from 4 PM to 10 PM (Sunday-Thursday) and 4 PM to 11 PM (Friday-Saturday). The Montford Rooftop Bar also offers views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Wakeup DoubleTree provides breakfast favorites.

The hotel is located approximately 8 to 13 minutes by car from Biltmore Estate. There is a limited bar in the lobby area, as well as the Montford rooftop bar.
