Wonderful stay at luxury hotel
beautiful garden excellent service great variety high-quality ingredients
The hotel had a beautiful garden. The staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect with green spaces. Breakfast offered a great variety of foods and high-quality ingredients in a naturally lit area.
The minibar selection in the room was somewhat limited.

helpful staff good selection great location
the hotel location impressed me. it has proximity to the Bürgerpark. the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast restaurant offered a good selection.

excellent staff quiet hotel kind personnel aged fixtures full-length mirror air conditioning
The location was good. The hotel sits inside the park. I found the staff excellent and very quiet. The hotel had a very kind personnel. The flair felt exclusive.
The room felt sweltering. It was 20 degrees outside yet there was no air conditioning. Some windows had signs that read 'do not open'. I noticed aged fixtures and fittings. There was no full-length mirror anywhere. The breakfast did not seem worth the price.

outdoor pool friendly staff properly heated poorly stocked automatic door
i found the outdoor pool excellent and properly heated. the staff was very friendly and pleasant (a big plus for me).
the minibar was poorly stocked. there was no ramp at the entry, and the revolving door was not automatic, so my suitcase got stuck.
