Superior rooms offer views of Porto Vecchio's gulf and old town. Superior Triple rooms accommodate up to two adults and one child. Luxury Suites have a lounge with a sofa bed. Prestige Suites include a living room, dining room, dressing room, and panoramic terrace. Évasion villas have a relaxation pool and sunbed on the terrace. Family villas accommodate up to two adults and four children, with two bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a living room with a sofa bed.
Dining at Don Cesar
The hotel features a Michelin-listed gourmet restaurant that serves Corsican and Italian cuisine. Chef Yuri Longabardi creates dishes with Mediterranean flavors. La Paillotte is open in the summer, offering lunch and cocktails overlooking the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. The menu includes carpaccios, tartars, mixed salads, fish, and grilled meats. The lounge bar is open from July 1st. A kid's menu is available. Don Caesar salad includes romaine lettuce, grilled free-range chicken, tomatoes, croutons, parmesan shavings, poached egg, and pancetta.
Leisure Facilities
Guests can access the NUXE Spa, which provides massages and treatments. Facilities include a hammam, hair salon (on request), a 300 m² infinity pool, a counter-current swimming pool, and a solarium. There is a private mini-beach. A fitness room with Technogym cardio and weight training equipment is available. A new Kids Club offers activities for children aged 4 to 11 during July and August. Boat rentals are available from the hotel's private pontoon, with or without a skipper.
