The location is GREAT, a short walk from a main bridge and the vaporetto stop. The breakfast had enough choice for everyone if you waited a bit. There was SO much food and it was DELICIOUS!!!

Looks good on photos but it is badly maintained and has no staff on site. It has been a HUGE disappointment I wish we hadn't bothered with this hotel. The toilet seat is still broken in this hotel and the place is definitely dingy.
