D-hotel has 45 rooms with artistic photos by Bart Van Leuven in each standard deluxe room. The design rooms and suites are designed by Nedda El-Asmar, Natan Vermeulen, Jan Verheyden, Piet Goddaer and Matali Crasset. Standard rooms (16m²) have twin beds (double beds available on request), a flat-screen TV, separate heating and air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a telephone. Bathrooms include a toilet and shower. The maxi-bar is located in the hallway.

D-hotel offers daily breakfast in the renovated farmhouse, with outdoor seating available in summer. D-drinxx is the hotel's bar, open daily to hotel guests and external visitors.

“The architecture cleverly blends a historical windmill with modern lines, while inside, individually designed rooms aim for artistic flair; I noted, however, that not all rooms may live up to the design promise, with potential issues around upkeep. Its wellness center and eco-friendly initiatives are admirable touches, but certain aspects seem to need a refresh to justify the price. It strikes me as a place with clear ambitions that would benefit from sharper execution.”
