charmed by the downtown experience!

central location historic building

the location is central, steps from the zocalo area. i found a very well-preserved historic building within the centro histórico area. the hotel and guest rooms boast a really nice, contemporary design. i think the rooftop bar and pool have great views of the surrounding rooftops!

room number 3 had a distinct, funky smell. i suspect it was due to the air conditioner. this was good, even though the cleanliness was very good in general.

the rooftop bar provides excellent views with a relaxing atmosphere, and i loved that the pool area is spacious. two restaurants are available in the courtyard providing dining options. i liked the overall lively vibe!

the hotel is in the heart of the city, a short walk to the main square and cathedral. i loved that i could easily explore the city's historical sites. i also found uber rides readily available to other neighborhoods.
