Fantastic Central Location
great location friendly staff spacious room excellent breakfast
I was charmed by the hotel's great location. It was just a quick walk to the zocalo and other main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed directions. the room was spacious. the bathroom had ample space. i found the breakfast excellent, a great way to start the day.
the lighting in the rooms wasn't ideal. it was a bit dim and could use more natural light.

the rooms are sufficiently spacious, offering a comfortable stay with minimal city noise. when consciously trying to hear street sounds, i noticed them only slightly, never disturbing my sleep. there are comfortable beds and pillows, alongside functional air conditioning.

The breakfast buffet includes american-style options and local dishes. a live cooking station prepares eggs to order. Also there is unique mexican coffee. a candy jar and flavored water are available in reception, a cute gesture. it is a very clean, modern hotel.

warm greeting friendly staff convenient location live grill
I was greeted warmly upon arrival, a lovely start to my stay. the staff was attentive. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby sites. plus, the breakfast was lovely. I especially enjoyed ordering from the live grill!!!
the gym had limited equipment, slightly inconvenient during peak hours. i felt a wider selection of machines would enhance the workout experience.

the premium xl king room included comfortable beds and abundant pillows. a minibar and air conditioning were present in the room. two complimentary water bottles were provided each day, a welcome addition.

the hotel is ideally located for exploring the historic area, a short walk to the zocalo. proximity to major attractions made sightseeing very easy. various restaurants and shops are also nearby.

the breakfast buffet had varied options daily and the café de olla was a plus. a live grill allowed for custom-made dishes to be ordered. the food was of great quality, with both local and western choices!!!

the staff was generally friendly and always ready to help guests. the lobby staff assisted with coordinating private transportation, ensuring safety. extra amenities were promptly delivered upon request, very efficient.
