The seasonal menu features fresh food, such as the vegan tian topped with a golden romesco sauce made with yellow peppers, and flounder with a goat Gouda crust on creamed carrot and spinach. Fresh pressed juices include the 'C Power' with lime, orange, carrot, and mango. The tavern area leads to a patio and a big garden filled with vegetables, herbs, and apple and pear trees planted by a local farmer who supplies the restaurant.

DELAMAR Spa offers treatments straight from Europe, including custom treatments by Biologique Recherche and Valmont. The spa includes four private treatment rooms with amethyst bio-mat treatment tables and showers stocked with signature Icelandic Moonflower scented body products by Red Flower. Spa treatments include reflexology using finger walking and pressure points to the organ-specific reflex zones, as well as the Vagus Nerve Sonic Meditative Massage using cranial wave techniques and rosemary, chamomile, lavender, and citrus essential oils.
