Das Kohlmayr Superior has 59 rooms and suites. The double rooms in the Classic, Plus, and Studio categories range from 22 m² to 28 m². Rooms include free toiletries, bathrobes, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and slippers. All rooms feature a balcony with mountain views, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Suites have a seating area, a wardrobe, and either 2 or 3 beds. Some suites have a sauna. Adjoining single and double rooms are available with a connecting door.

Dining Experience

The kitchen team, headed by Andreas Lechner, prepares Alpine-Mediterranean dishes with a focus on cheese. The àlacarte restaurant KOHLMAYREI serves regional delicacies accompanied by domestic and international wines. Guests can enjoy meals in the Genuss Lounge, the Seekarspitz, or the Zehnerkar restaurant areas. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with organic foods, lunch, coffee, tea, cake, a multi-course menu, and a children's buffet. There is also a bar.

The 2 m² spa area includes an infinity pool with glass elements, an Onsen stainless steel relaxation pool, an indoor pool, and a children's pool with a slide. Guests have access to several family saunas: Finnish sauna, bio sauna with color light therapy, panorama old wood sauna with open-air area, Bergland salt crystal stone pine sauna, 2 steam baths, heated water beds, an ice crusher with open-air area, and floating loungers with infrared function. There are relaxation areas and a Bergland sun terrace with relaxation loungers. Adults have exclusive access to the alpine sauna area with an infinity pool, an Onsen pool, a panorama sauna, a relaxation room, a hanging chair, and a fitness room.
