cigarette smell uncomfortable bed

The administrator was friendly and stored my luggage after checkout The check-in process worked well even after reception hours

The room reeked of cigarettes despite its apparent cleanliness The elevator was tiny only accommodating one person with hand luggage. Breakfast involved a walk to a cafe across the street with limited seating and long waits. The bed was uncomfortable leading to back pain each morning

friendly staff welcome feeling great location dirty carpet dated interior dingy towels

the staff were friendly. the hotel was well located. it was easy to explore the different districts.

the carpet is dirty. it is very dated inside. the shower needs a shelf for toiletries i did not use the body wash it looked suspicious and towels dingy

Solid stay with clean rooms and handy location

The room was spacious and very clean. I found the proximity to public transport quite useful. Several tram lines were only a short walk away. The hotel staff was helpful in arranging transport to the airport for my early morning flight. I needed that extra assistance with my luggage.

The noise from the street was noticeable, particularly from the trams passing by. Thicker windows would likely improve this. Perhaps the addition of soundproofing would.

I appreciated the staff were nice and pro. They were always helpful with directions. The location is also quite convenient. It's a short walk to the main square. Cleanliness was maintained well throughout my stay.

I found the room to be a bit outdated. The carpet also had a noticeable stain. The noise from the street. The elevator is small. It can only fit one person with luggage.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The location is great and the room was spacious.

Our room was not clean at all. The shower did not have hot water. The TV did not work.

friendly administrator convenient process spacious room

the administrator was friendly she let me leave my luggage after check-out the check-in process was convenient even after reception closed a short walk led to the train station. my room was spacious with enough space for luggage the shower had strong water pressure.

the curtains were not big enough for the window so light entered early
