a somewhat underwhelming experience

missing surprisetight swim cap

the surprise i paid extra for was absent upon arrival.. i had to call to get it delivered and the staff just barged in to bring it. spa access required buying a swim cap, but mine was too tight, so i skipped it. the romantic weekend i envisioned didn't quite materialize..
