The decor throughout the hotel impressed me greatly. i found the rooms clean and the beds provided a good rest. sheets felt really soft and the shower was just right. Towels were also generously provided.

the food quality fell short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. i found dinner to be particularly disappointing, with dishes that were sometimes undercooked. improvements here are definitely needed.

The room was very clean. i found the sheets comfortable. i also appreciated the sweet dreams sweets. Those melatonin-infused treats were a thoughtful addition. there were more sunbeds available than guests. This avoided the common issue of early reservations.

I wrongly assumed the mini-bar was included. This was due to the absence of a price list. this resulted in a surprising bill upon checkout. i suggest clear communication about mini-bar charges to avoid similar issues.

I found the rooms very clean. they are also modern. the bed was comfy and i slept soundly. i liked the varying options for lounging near the pool. the staff were attentive.

the poolside umbrellas were not easy to manage, and i had to open them myself. it was a very minor inconvenience though.

I enjoyed the beautiful rooftop bar with its fine views. There was also direct beach access just through the garden, a good convenience for morning walks. The hotel even offered a welcome drink of sparking wine, a very special touch.

The greeting at reception was unfriendly. The farewell at reception also lacked warmth. There were no apologies or wishes for a good journey home. (Customer service clearly wasn't a priority.)
