the location is great (a short walk to bugis metro station). the staff was helpful. breakfast had a good variety, a real treat for the value.
i noticed some trash had piled up in the common area for a couple of days.

the hotel offers both a washing machine and a dryer for guest use, requiring newer one dollar coins. shared rooms are secured with individual keycards, a definite plus. shoe cabinets are provided, as well as shampoo and shower gel in bathrooms.

great locationcomfortable bed
the location is really fantastic i could easily reach many places i wanted to visit. the beds and pillows are very comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.
the sound insulation could be improved, as i sometimes heard noises from the hallway.

dirty bathroomhigh noise
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. There was hair ALL over the bathrooms, and they seemed understaffed for cleaning. I also found the noise levels to be Quite high. It was easy to hear conversations and other guests moving around at all hours. Maybe bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sound because sleep will be difficult.
