A Decent Stay Overall

The hotel's location offered very easy access to the ski slopes. The boot room was large and warm. This proved beneficial after a day of skiing. The restaurant catered well for my dietary needs.. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I noticed that the parking situation at the hotel was difficult. The parking spots in the hotel's underground garage seemed too small. The staff at the reception was overwhelmed. I did not feel particularly welcome during check-in.

I found the heated boot room very convenient, it connects directly to the ski hire shop. i also appreciated the food. The bar offers a nice atmosphere. the staff was helpful, especially with awkward requests during a busy time.

unoptimized heating system missing lock

The location provided immediate access to the gondola and the ski shop was accessible indoors.

The heating system was not optimized. The room became unbearably hot. To regulate the temperature, I had to leave the balcony door open constantly, which seemed wasteful. the toilet lacked a locking mechanism, something I find essential for privacy (it was quite awkward).
