The room, (stour), was beautifully presented, and the bed offered comfort with fluffy pillows. A complimentary mini bottle of fizz looked in the room, a lovely anniversary surprise. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. I slept soundly, despite hearing a car occasionally pass in the early hours.
the bathroom felt a little cold, and there was no way to increase the heat as the electric towel rail worked only intermittently.
