Terra, the hotel's signature restaurant, offers Canadian cuisine using local ingredients. The restaurant is inspired by the rawness of Jasper. The menu changes to incorporate natural, local ingredients, and includes options such as Chef's Seasonal Salad (Vegetarian), Canadian Angus Beef Tomahawk with Peppercorn Jus, Corn Ribs and Chef Potatoes. They also offer Overnight Oats with Wild Berries, Oat Milk, Hemp Seeds, Turmeric and Ginger Infused Honey. Their Brunch menu (11 AM - 2 PM) includes: Duck Out with Wilted Kale, Duck Confit Lentils, Roasted Roots, Two Sparks' Poached Eggs, Crispy Dauphinoise, Anise Hollandaise, and Chives; Pork and Waffles with Crispy Chili Pork Belly, Sugar Waffle, Two Sparks' Fried Eggs, Bourbon Infused Maple Syrup, and Red Eye Gravy; Forage Burger which includes a House Chuck Patty, Smoked Gouda, Field and Forest Mushrooms, Over Easy Sparks' Egg, Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes. Signature cocktails and ice creams are crafted from unique ingredients. 2 Dine for $89 Enjoy a tomahawk steak dinner for two at Terra for just $89. Located on the edge of downtown Jasper, The Crimson is near Jasper Art Gallery (0.5 km), Jasper Yellowhead Museum Archives (0.5 km), and Annette Lake (3.5 km). From Edmonton, take Highway 16 and follow the merge lane into Jasper onto Connaught Drive; The Crimson is approximately 1 km down Connaught Drive on the right. The Brewster Express provides transport from Calgary, Canmore, Banff, or Lake Louise (available May through October), including Calgary International Airport pick-ups and drop-offs. The SunDog Mountain Connector offers winter service to Jasper from Edmonton or Calgary, with pick-ups in Banff and Lake Louise.
