clean room useful detail central location
The breakfast service was quick. The food tasted great (especially the eggs). The room had labelled light switches, a small but useful detail. The location is central with convenient access to nearby shops.

The staff provided help. The breakfast offered many choices (especially the avocado toast!). The location provided easy access to transportation with buses and trains. I really enjoyed the food served in the pub.

good food quiet room central location
The breakfast offered many choices. It wasn't a buffet, but the food quality was high. The bistro served excellent meals (i loved the local ingredients). My room was quiet since it faced the back. The location is REALLY central, a short walk to both the bus station and the river.
The cleanliness in some areas of the restaurant reminded me of it could be improved.

noticeable dust bathroom mould
The location was central which suited my needs. The breakfast was adequate with several options.
My room was not as clean as I expected (I thought it would be). There was noticeable dust on surfaces. the bathroom had some mould. I hope it is adressed soon.

breakfast selection friendly staff rear room comfortable bedding
the breakfast selection offered a variety of tasty options each morning. friendly staff promptly served us. i requested a quiet room and received one at the rear of the building facing an attractive square. the bed and bedding was very comfortable the breakfast was very tasty and the shower power was great
i noticed some areas needed refurbishment for example the carpet on the hall stairs and landing looked grubby it smelled from stains and showed wear.
