The 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa offers accommodations ranging from premium king rooms to whirlpool suites. Options include the Governor's Suite with two king bedrooms, a parlor, wet bar, balcony, and a bath with Jacuzzi jets. The North Penthouse features a loft bedroom with a king bed, seating area, dining table, and wet bar, accessible by stairs. The South Penthouse includes a king-sized bed, fireplace, soaking tub, wet bar, microwave, and refrigerator. Balcony Rooms provide outdoor access, while Michael's Room (Room 218) contains a queen bed. Standard Rooms feature a queen bed and Victorian design. Double/Double rooms include two double beds. Crescent Cottages such as Treetop and Trailside, have full kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms with connecting baths that feature jetted tubs or walk-in showers. Each cottage has a private deck; Trailside includes a hot tub. Pet Fee is $35 per night.
Dining Experiences
The Crescent Hotel provides unique dining experiences, including casual dining and weekly events. The Crystal Dining Room offers Ozark Mountain Breakfast. SkyBar Gourmet Pizza offers views of the Ozark Mountains. The Top of the Crest Holiday Hangout is open daily from 4 pm to 8 pm and offers food and holiday-themed drinks. Frisco Food Truck serves burgers, sliders, chicken tenders, and fried pickles, with a full bar and desserts. The hotel has a full-service catering menu. Room service is available.

Guests have access to resort activities, a hot tub, and a swimming pool, which converts to a "Hot Pool " at 95+ degrees Fahrenheit. The New Moon Spa & Salon provides massages, facials, and body treatments, along with access to a hot tub and infrared sauna. Guests can engage in outdoor games such as cornhole, horseshoes, giant chess, Jenga, connect four, and bocce ball. There are 15 acres of manicured gardens with hiking, biking, and walking trails near the city dog park, skate park, and playground. Mountain bike trails extend to Passion Play grounds for beginner and intermediate riders, as well as downhill trails off Hwy 62W. Nightly ghost tours visit the Crescent Hotel Morgue.

The 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa is situated atop an Ozark Mountain, overlooking Eureka Springs. Leatherwood Sports Field or Miner's Rock Parking Lot provide parking, with a shuttle to the Downhill trails off of Hwy 62W. Lake Leatherwood City Park, has over 25 miles of hiking/biking trails, kayaking, fishing, camping, and a playground. The hotel is near Thorncrown Chapel (3 km), Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church (0.5 km), and Eureka Springs Historical Museum (1.5 km). Boone County is 70 km from the hotel. A trail leads to Harmon Park's Bark Park and the Eureka Springs Skate Park.
