The room wasn't what i expected. i found the cleanliness lacking, especially in the bathroom. there was visible mold and the shower drain was clogged, resulting in standing water after each use. also, the promised garden view was mostly obstructed by overgrown bushes. I expected a better view.

I encountered some issues . The shower leaked, resulting in a flooded floor (i reported this). The management team did not respond, which I found unprofessional. the bed was too firm for my liking.

the garden was in excellent condition. the central heating worked very well regardless of the weather outside. the windows had complete privacy thanks to nice curtains. my guests thought the entrance, hallway, and room decorations were very nice.

The towel rail in the bathroom was wobbly and hanging down. The shower felt small.

the room included a comfortable bed. there was a table plus chairs, and armchairs were provided. a kitchenette with an en-suite bathroom was included. it had what i needed for a comfortable stay.
