The villa showed significant wear. The private pool had multiple issues. Some tiles were loose. Debris floated on the surface, even after cleaning. These details impacted my experience negatively. I also found the location inconvenient. I needed transportation to reach most attractions.

The room provided direct pool access. It was a highlight. all the staff members were very cute, and i felt comfortable. i enjoyed the surrounding nature. I heard monkeys and birds. it created a relaxing atmosphere.
The restaurant menu was a strange mix of offerings. the food was not very inviting. I found the restaurant a 15-minute ride from other restaurants.

rooms were spacious and clean! the rooms offer private access to the pool. the bed felt comfortable, and everything was tidy. i not sketchy at all and secure in the room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful . Free shuttle buses were available and were very convenient for going to town. I booked a massage with Sai Oasis. The staff were very friendly (a plus) and the massages were great.
The location is not ideal. You need to use transportation to reach any attractions or restaurants. There is practically no tourist infrastructure around the hotel (nothing to do nearby). The food was not good, so I had to eat out every day.
