Really good Service and Great Amenities
amazing service helpful staff friendly bartender smooth transition
Tammy at the bar made fantastic drinks. she remembered my orders each day. Katie at the valet was very helpful. She greeted me right away and unloaded my luggage. The front desk staff was quick for check-in and helpful. Willie, the valet, was amazing and conversed with me throughout the whole weekend.
The ice machine wasn't working, it was a minor inconvenience.

nice ladies coupon gift
the ladies at the front desk were nice and gave me a compliment! they asked if i wanted a paper receipt or if an email would work. valet wanda took her time to listen. she gave a coupon to midtown cafe and recommendations on where to go downtown.
The bathroom door was difficult and not very useful. You should think about pocket doors instead.

the hotel is near mid-town cafe. it also allows easy access to the highway. the ryman is a ten minute uber ride away. it is in a medium point between downtown and the vanderbilt university, safe for walking.

the rooms have a good size. they are also comfortable. the hotel is on a corner and relatively quiet. my room was on the fourth floor in a corner. rooms come with a balcony too.

the gym is large and provides options for exercise. the pool is amazing and a nice bonus during hot weather! the hotel also features a coffee bar , we loved the pool.
