issues with room and service, not great

I had some problems . a man entered my room while the "do not disturb" sign was displayed. I was close to sleeping. the manager offered a partial refund, but i do not think i should have paid anything at all. it felt unsafe as a solo woman traveler since there was no follow-up from the front desk until i asked for a manager.
