helpful staff convenient location nice lounge bad sound isolation expensive parking warm room

The staff was very helpful and professional! The lounge near check-in was nice. The location is very convenient. It is near a tram station and within walking distance to downtown.

The air conditioning did not work well, so the room was really warm. I could hear everything happening in the other rooms. The sound isolation was very bad. The parking space is expensive and accessible only from a narrow street.

good location comfortable lounge free coffee thin blanket expensive price midnight wake

The location is good. The tram stop is very near. There is a comfortable lounge where I could get coffee or tea for free. I really appreciated that.

The blanket is too thin. I woke up in the midnight. The air-condition works in the room though. It's expensive and doesn't worth the price.
