a really good stay!

The hotel had two fantastic pools. one was natural and included lots of cabanas! the spa was also included. the staff were very friendly, especially renato and luana! breakfast and dinner were amazing! the maitre d' did a fantastic job! the room was decorated beautifully! it had everything i needed. I really loved that!?!
The shower in my room flooded after only 5 minutes. That was a bummer! a wedding at the venue next door was loud really late. i understand weddings can be loud, but it disturbed my sleep!! the temperature in my room was hot the last night! the thermostat looked broken.
