poor soundproofing traffic noise
the staff were polite and tried to be helpful during check-in
the room lacked soundproofing it faced a busy intersection the noise from traffic signals and constant traffic was relentless all night i had to buy earplugs to get any sleep it is unacceptable for a supposed four-star hotel to have such poor sound insulation this needs to be addressed immediately to improve guest comfort

some issues with the room
non working tv strong smell
the hotel looked nice at first, i will say that. but things started going downhill quickly. i had constant trouble with the tv, it would not work. the room had a strong smell, like they had sprayed too much perfume, a bit overwhelming. i also noticed that the advertised dinner menu was not available, a real letdown.
