Hotel Penelope features guestrooms with premium bedding, furnished balconies, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Standard doubles offer storage space and power points. Rooms also include an electric kettle with cups for coffee or tea. Windows in the balcony doors are fitted with double-glazed glass and screens for protection against mosquitoes. Bathrooms have power points and new fittings, with shower stalls. Superior rooms still have typical Hellenic shower curtains. Villas Lucia and Alexandra feature stall showers with hydromassage and sea views from broad terraces. The double rooms feature a large double bed or two twin beds that can be joined as a king size bed.

The property has a fish tavern near the sandy beach. Guests can sample traditional local food in the restaurants. Breakfast is augmented continental style: hard-boiled eggs, charcuterie, cheese, cereal, mini-croissants, good whole-grain bread, and fresh fruit.
