the staff were friendly. i appreciated the good customer service from hu during checkout. she was very helpful and knowledgeable (i needed help with printing my boarding pass).

the room could use some updating. i noticed some dust behind the tv. the internet connection was unstable, and it was slow at times.

The location was very convenient. I found many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet had a HUGE selection. The staff helped me book excursions at fair prices.

The room was not perfectly clean upon arrival. I noticed some hair on the floor. The toilet made a strange noise sometimes. I also had to ask for towels a couple of times.

I found the receptionist very nice. Their customer service was lovely. The staff were polite with requests. I would definitely return on my next visit. Thank you, Rowen, for making my stay lovely! The hotel was super clean, and rooms were cleaned and restocked daily.

I noticed it was not clear you had to pay for the bottled water. The room was also not swept. Sand was always on your feet.

Breakfast had much variety. They offered many options. I found so many local places nearby that are more satisfying. The breakfast was an amazing buffet with lots of options.

The staff was really kind. Thao gave great advice. Everyone at the front desk was unfailingly polite. They were helpful with all my requests. It was appreciated.

I found this to be a great location for a great price. The main beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The area is generally quiet. I loved the nice view.
