Really good Stay, Great Service

The hotel rooms are beautiful. Housekeepers refresh rooms daily to a beautiful standard. The pool and gym areas are very clean. Breakfast offers amazing fresh selections. I extended my stay three nights because of the wonderful experience. Special thanks to Nhung Trang for her assistance . She was amazing and very helpful when my partner became sick. The general manager was also very kind. The hotel even allowed us to leave bags for 3 days and change our room reservation.

The scent of soap and shower products was not to my liking. It left a distinct after-scent that was somewhat cloying. I noticed this the most after using the shower.

the resort has a pretty style. the staff members showed friendliness. i felt very good value for what i paid. the hotel upgrade added to the nice experience.

the scent of soap seemed quite distinct after i showered. it lingered, and it felt cloying. it wasn't my favorite aspect of the amenities, to be honest.

The breakfast buffet felt underwhelming, it did not match the quality i expected based on the hotel's overall presentation. the selection was limited, and the food lacked flavor. furthermore, the bathroom had a strange odor.
