Really good Stay, Great Service
beautiful rooms clean gym fresh breakfast helpful staff
The hotel rooms are beautiful. Housekeepers refresh rooms daily to a beautiful standard. The pool and gym areas are very clean. Breakfast offers amazing fresh selections. I extended my stay three nights because of the wonderful experience. Special thanks to Nhung Trang for her assistance . She was amazing and very helpful when my partner became sick. The general manager was also very kind. The hotel even allowed us to leave bags for 3 days and change our room reservation.
The scent of soap and shower products was not to my liking. It left a distinct after-scent that was somewhat cloying. I noticed this the most after using the shower.

My room was spacious and well-kept. It included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The balcony provided a relaxing space with city views. Daily housekeeping ensured a clean and tidy environment.

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of fresh options. I noticed many choices suited for various dietary needs. The restaurant staff ensured quick refills and maintained cleanliness. I enjoyed the local fruits and pastries.

Staff members were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. They promptly addressed requests and provided useful information. The concierge service was efficient in arranging transportation. I saw friendly interactions with all guests.

a perfect gem
pretty style friendly staff members good value hotel upgrade
the resort has a pretty style. the staff members showed friendliness. i felt very good value for what i paid. the hotel upgrade added to the nice experience.
the scent of soap seemed quite distinct after i showered. it lingered, and it felt cloying. it wasn't my favorite aspect of the amenities, to be honest.

the receptionist named ha was very helpful and efficient. other staff showed a proactive attitude. this hotel features a team that goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable during their visit.

limited selection unpleasant scent
the pool was acceptable and well kept.
The breakfast buffet felt underwhelming, it did not match the quality i expected based on the hotel's overall presentation. the selection was limited, and the food lacked flavor. furthermore, the bathroom had a strange odor. The scent of the toiletries was quite unpleasant and lingered, it was quite disappointing.

The breakfast met my expectations. It offered a good selection of items.
The soap and shower products had a cloying scent. It was not pleasant. the scent lingered even after showering. This.
