The Copley Square Hotel enjoys a fantastic location near Copley Square, the Boston Public Library, and the Prudential Center, making it easy to visit attractions like the 52nd-floor observatory. Many guests appreciate the generously sized rooms, some offering views of the Prudential Tower, and the convenience of having a refrigerator and safe. The complimentary kitchenette with a coffee machine and microwave is a definite plus for many; though some guests have occasionally noted maintenance issues. Its proximity to the Back Bay train and subway station, as well as the nearby Star Market, adds to the overall appeal and good value.

central Stay Details

central locationpublic transportguest kitchenetteslow drain
I found the location practical, especially its nearness to the prudential center. A five-minute walk through the back entrance was all it took. The proximity to public transport, notably the logan express stops, made getting to and from the airport hassle-free. the guest kitchenette downstairs proved very convenient with its microwave and coffee machine.
My room's bathroom sink drained too slowly. It was quite irritating, and the coffee available downstairs was not to my liking. I thought the hotel might benefit from some general updates.

Excellent Stay in Great Location

central locationfriendly staffnice bed
The hotel is close to transportation options. I found the location convenient (it helped me explore the city). The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. The bed was nice, contributing to a restful sleep.
The elevator took a long time, so I used the stairs frequently.
Rooms

The room had a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens. There was also a small seating area, useful. A modern television was mounted on the wall, and it had access to streaming services.
