The 2-bedroom Penthouse Apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator to floor 3, then stairs) and has a living room with a 55-inch TV and DVD player, a kitchen/dining area with a microwave and toaster, and two bedrooms with king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and walk-in showers with dual heads. All rooms are non-smoking; the minimum age for guests is 18+ years. Rates may require club or affinity program memberships. In disputes, Copa Hotel Pattaya's decision is final.
