unhelpful receptionistuncomfortable bed

The receptionist was unhelpful. she seemed miserable and acted like i was bothering her when i asked for towels since there weren't any in my room. She told me to go find the cleaner myself! the room was also quite rundown and the bed was horribly uncomfortable with springs poking through, i almost couldn't sleep. the bathroom was also pretty filthy and falling apart.
