limited options annoying issue

The breakfast staff were very helpful there, a real credit to the hotel though the options were limited.

I had booked a pool view room, but I was disappointed upon arrival. The pool view wasn't of the main pool. The sun was already leaving the balcony. And it was early afternoon. We also had issues with no wifi at all. I had to log onto another room for a couple of days. Towels were taken. Clean towels were not left after, very annoying.

really good hotel experience

elegant dining cozy atmosphere friendly staff lush space

the breakfast buffet presented a beautiful spread with nuts grains and dried fruits neatly arranged in glass jars. speckled plates and fine china adorned the tables adding a touch of elegance to the dining experience. rattan and wooden furniture featured warm beige brown and stone tones creating a cozy natural atmosphere throughout. vines cascaded over the balcony adding a lush botanical feel enhancing the overall charm of the space. i found the staff genuinely friendly always smiling and very approachable. i could easily unwind and recharge enjoying the amazing scenery and fresh calming atmosphere. the multiple pools provided ample space and i easily found comfortable squishy sunbeds to order drinks and food.

the gym was very basic the equipment looked somewhat old. this is only a minor detail but i did notice it.

the hotel offered easy access to the nearby beach located only five minutes away. some good restaurants were located along the main road and toward the beach providing plenty of dining options. the hotel is also near supermarkets for convenience.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room plus. the room was clean and had lots of useful amenities. the staff was very friendly and ready to assist with any needs, Christina at the bar.

the coffee arrived a little late.
