Select rooms include vintage radios, metal door keys and Pendleton wool blankets. There are four types of rooms: Cactus Garden Rooms located in private outdoor atrium on the second floor, Club Rooms situated above the nightclub, Standard Rooms with views of Congress Street, the plaza patio, or mountains and Haunted Rooms 212 and 242 known for their paranormal activity.

Maynards offers a monthly menu with regional ingredients. The Cup Café provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maynards Market offers pastries, sandwiches, salads, a happy hour, wine, and coffee drinks. The hotel ensures food and drinks meet high quality standards.

The nightclub at Hotel Congress hosts concerts and events. The hotel organizes Dillinger Days, an annual event honoring the capture of America's most notorious outlaw.
