Conchal Hotel, Brasilito

Conchal Hotel is a small family-run boutique hotel in Brasilito, Guanacaste, on Costa Rica's north Pacific 'Gold Coast'. It is located 250 meters from Brasilito Beach and Conchal Beach.

Rooms

The hotel features 16 guest rooms with A/C, a refrigerator, ceiling fans, a safety box, a private bathroom, and a terrace near the swimming pool. The Family Superior Rooms feature a California King bed and a pull-out double bed. Superior rooms include a California kingsize bed, a flat screen TV, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. Standard rooms have a queen size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a fridge, cable TV, a room safe, and a bathroom with a hot-water shower and Wi-Fi. Most rooms are on the ground floor with garden and swimming pool views; four upper-level rooms have balconies.

Dining

The on-site restaurant, Papaya, is one of the best restaurants in the area. All fish and seafood is from local fishermen. The restaurant creates dishes to maintain vitality and health. Full breakfast is included, along with complimentary fresh drinking water, tea, and coffee, available all day.

Leisure and Activities

The hotel offers a swimming pool and a tour desk to arrange excursions. Local tours include sailing, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, horse riding, and ATV tours. Full-day excursions to National Parks, including Rincon de la Vieja, Arenal, Palo Verde, Tenorio Rio Celeste, Arenal, and Monteverde, are available. The region features activities including sailing, fishing, kayaking, horse riding, hiking, zip-lining, birding, surfing, and scuba diving. Seasonal marine visitors include humpback whales. Pods of dolphins and turtles are sighted from sailing cruises. Scuba divers encounter giant pacific manta rays and white-tip reef sharks at the nearby Catalina Islands.

The hotel is near Playa Zapotillal (3.5 km), Playa Nombre De Jesus (4.5 km), Brasilito Bay (2.5 km), The Jungle Gym (2.5 km), Playa Conchal (1 km), Villas La Paz (2.5 km), and Playa Real (5 km). Tamarindo Airport is a 15-minute drive. Liberia International Airport is a 45-minute drive. The hotel can arrange shared or private shuttles.
