Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection has 54 rooms and suites. Rooms range from 400-square-foot rooms to 625- to 1,060-square-foot one-bedroom suites. They feature custom and heirloom vintage pieces. Each room has oversized windows, Juliette balconies, or French doors that open onto gardens or the courtyard. Included are ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. Amenities include free toiletries, AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV.

Dining at the Estate

Lutie's Garden Restaurant features seasonal Texas cuisine, sourcing ingredients from the on-property garden and local farmers. The restaurant is named after the property's original owners: Edgar Howard Perry and his wife, Lutie. The Mansion Dining is exclusive to members and overnight guests. Guests can dine on culinary dishes such as white sturgeon caviar on Texas toast or green corn hush puppies with truffles. A tasting of 20 wines from 10 producers that are primarily small family-run estates is available.
