Each room at Hyatt Regency Austin has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a desk chair. Rooms include triple-sheeted Hyatt Grand Beds with down duvets and large pillows. In-room entertainment includes an iHome stereo with iPod docks and a flat-screen TV. Select rooms showcase views of downtown and Lady Bird Lake. Room options include king and queen rooms, as well as suites. Each bathroom includes complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include coffee/tea maker, ironing facilities, and mini-bar.
Dining Options
Southwest Bistro provides fresh, local cuisine for breakfast and lunch, featuring options like homemade corned beef hash and chicken and waffles. Marker 10 Spirits & Cuisine serves casual meals, sushi, and cocktails in the evenings, with an expansive indoor and outdoor seating area. Marker 10 uses fresh ingredients such as ahi tuna imported from Hawaii. Upscale entrées include seafood-forward dishes such as paella and jambalaya. A large cocktail bar and outside patio with fire pits and sofas are available for drinks. There is also a cafe, bar, and restaurant.
Leisure and Entertainment
Hyatt Regency Austin features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a sundeck overlooking the lake. Guests can access the 24-hour StayFitTM Gym with Peloton bikes. Recreational activities include boat cruises for bat watching at the South Congress Bridge and access to the Butler hike/bike trail, located just behind the hotel. The Long Center for the Performing Arts, which hosts many concerts and other events, is nearby in Butler Park. Regency Rhythms, a live music series, takes place in the lobby every Friday from 5pm-7pm. The 17th-floor Foothills Ballroom has views of the Austin skyline.
