Additional conveniences include desks, safes, blackout drapes/curtains, and phones with free local calls. Rooms in the New Orleans Tower are slightly larger than those in Bourbon. The Presidential Suite is two-levels with a whirlpool bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a panoramic view of the river valley and mountains.

Guests can eat at any of the 3 onsite restaurants, featuring American cuisine and brunch. Big Easy Deli is one of the resort's dining establishments.
