the breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh options i found that acceptable
the air conditioning was quite loud i could hear everything happening in the hallway the cleaning service did not come during my three nights because the cleaner always came when i was in the room and did not return later

the staff were very helpful and kind , always having a smile. the hotel's location was perfect , near the city center.
i had asked for a quiet room , but that did not happen. the air conditioning was very noisy and the rooms were not soundproof.
