The hotel is very clean. The location is central, very close to Dotonbori and in a quiet area. The front desk staff were kind and cute. The room had everything needed for my trip, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

the location was really convenient, near shops and nightlife. i loved that it was walkable to dotonbori, restaurants, and the subway entrance (so easy to get around!). they even offered free coffee in the lobby, a nice perk. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the room was generally clean, but there was some dust in areas that affected my allergies, it was a bit annoying.

the staff assisted with luggage storage before check-in. they also helped with shipping luggage to my next destination in kyoto, very convenient for me. the front desk staff was very friendly.

there is an australian pub located just below the hotel. i saw many restaurants and convenience stores nearby (lawson and family mart are super close!). you will easily find something to eat.

the room was larger than expected for japan, a pleasant surprise. there was an option to get amenities and towels replaced without a full room cleaning. it was well-kept (i found it really clean!).
