Cobalt Coast Resort provides air-conditioned rooms with a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Rooms include a walk-in shower, bathtub (in select rooms), mini fridge, coffee maker, workstation, and a smart flat-screen TV. Room options include Ocean View Deluxe Rooms, Ocean View Corner Rooms, and Garden View Deluxe Rooms. Ocean View Deluxe Rooms feature a shared balcony with direct access to the pool deck and Nova Bar & Restaurant. The hotel rooms at Cobalt Coast are all finished to a consistently high standard. Mediterranean-Japanese cuisine
Cobalt Coast features Nova, an open-air waterfront restaurant that blends Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is open from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30 am to 10:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The menu includes light and savory bites, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, spirits, and beers. Guests can also catch sunsets from the Tipsy Turtle Bar's top deck.
Relaxation and Diving
Cobalt Coast provides a pool open from 8 am to 10 pm, a hot tub open from 8 am to 10 pm, lounges, and hammocks. Guests can use complimentary snorkel gear for exploring the house reef. Divetech, located onsite, offers diving services, including introductory courses, advanced training, daily boat dives, shore dives, guided night dives, and gear rentals. Dive sites, including the MV Captain Keith Tibbetts wreck, are a short boat ride away. A manmade beach and beach umbrellas provide relaxation.
Quiet West Bay Location
Cobalt Coast Resort is located in a quiet West Bay location, a 25-minute drive (15 km) from Owen Roberts International Airport, situated just east of George Town. The resort is near Seven Mile Beach and George Town. Groceries can be purchased at Shopright (10-minute drive) and McRuss Grocery Store (18-minute drive).
Services and Amenities
Cobalt Coast provides free resort-wide Wi-Fi, and free parking (one spot per room). There is coin operated laundry. Guests can enjoy a complimentary shuttle service to the docks. Snorkeling gear is provided by DiveTech. The resort has a pier with ocean access for swimming and snorkeling. Car rentals are available near the airport, and taxis are readily available at the airport. The resort offers beach towels. One complimentary housekeeping service can be provided, upon request, for every 7 nights booked.
