i found the staff to be helpful, especially with luggage storage and transport arrangements. the rooftop terrace offered free coffee and tea, a lovely bonus. my room had a nespresso machine with provided pods, very convenient. plus, the free filtered water stations on each floor with refillable bottles were great!
the electricity plug in the bathroom didn't work, i needed to use the one in the room for my hair dryer!

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The lounge on the top floor offered complimentary coffee and tea. fine views of the Midtown skyline. I especially enjoyed the free filtered water available on every floor. Every hotel should provide this!
I found the need to request housekeeping services daily somewhat inconvenient. I prefer automatic daily cleaning and refills. I did not find a safe in the room.

I appreciated the hotel's central location near transportation hubs. The rooms are clean. The top-floor lounge offered complimentary refreshments. Very grateful for that amenity. the staff let us freshen up in the lounge at the top of the hotel. A welcomed advantage after a long journey.

i found the location very convenient near grand central terminal. the staff was professional and helpful at all times. the 27th-floor lounge provided a nice space to relax with complimentary coffee. i also liked that there was a water dispenser on each floor providing refillable bottles.
the room lacked a refrigerator and the coffee maker did not work properly .
