I appreciated the complimentary water stations on each floor. A very nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the subway made getting around so easy. i also found the room very clean. but the respectful staff was nice.

the location was certainly convenient for exploring the downtown area and getting to the subway.
the promised rooftop bar seemed more like a myth as it was closed. it was like false advertising. the room itself was quite small. i had to ask for fresh towels. the complimentary coffee was shockingly bitter.

i found the location great, offering easy access to several subway lines. it was convenient to brooklyn bridge and staten island ferry. the starbucks next door was a big plus. i could enjoy coffee every morning.
my room was quite dark and i could not really tell what the weather was like outside. the little window made it difficult to see the sky. i think upper floors may offer better rooms.

Inconsistent Service and Room Issues

My stay had a few significant drawbacks. The room's cleanliness was subpar. The trash was left in a corner after cleaning. the front desk staff displayed an arrogant attitude, and they seemed to mock inquiries. This behavior is unacceptable. It made me consider using alternative accommodations in the future.
