Location and transport
The Club Lyda Hotel is located on the outskirts of Gouves, near two sandy beaches, and 20 km from Nikos Kazantzakis. Various restaurants, mini markets, bars, taverns, and gift shops are located around the complex. Regular bus service is available to the nearby resorts of Hersonissos, Stalis, and Malia. During the summer, a tourist mini train takes guests to the Cretan Aquarium in Gournes. Landmarks nearby include Aquaworld Aquarium & Reptile Rescue Centre (6 km), Maria Sanoudaki Ceramic (5 km), Analipsi Beach (2.5 km), Tower Drosini (2 km), Acqua Plus Water Park (6 km), Skotino Cave (3 km), and The Bronze (5.5 km).
