I was a bit let down by the check-in process. there wasn't anyone at reception when i arrived in the evening. Instead, i had to use a tablet to check in. it was difficult as i had a question about my room key, but nobody answered the phone when i called the number provided. also, the room was pretty small, and it didn't have air conditioning, uncomfortable.

Underwhelming Stay at this Hotel

I found a couple of significant issues . First, the room lacked air conditioning, a real problem on warmer days. It became quite stuffy, and opening the small window didn't provide much relief. the staff seemed somewhat indifferent. I didn't feel particularly welcomed, and requests were handled without much enthusiasm.

Excellent Stay Near the Fairgrounds

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance with directions. The garden was a nice feature. I appreciated the availability of black tea, a small detail , made my mornings better. The traditional Bavarian style of the hotel also enhanced the experience.

The parking on the street was often full, so I needed to use the garage for a higher fee.

The hotel is near the fairgrounds (a real plus) and also close to a train station, which I used to easily access the city center. The area surrounding the hotel felt quiet and safe.

warm room

the room felt very warm even after i turned off the radiators. it was unbearable. i also heard noise from other guests and kids running around late at night. it made it hard to relax. i think the hotel staff should address this behavior.
