convenient location complimentary dinner helpful staff

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. i appreciated the complimentary dinner, fika, and breakfast that were included, a great bonus. the staff were helpful and friendly, especially when i asked to change my room. They accommodated me with a smile!

the room decor felt a bit dated , and i noticed some laundry and cleaning supplies in the hallway outside my room.

excellent location friendly staff spacious bathroom comfortable bed

The location was excellent for accessing shops and public transport. I found the staff to be both friendly and efficient (Irene specifically assisted with a fan request). The bathroom was a good size with a shower that had a full door. The bed was also comfortable.

The hotel appears slightly aged and could use some updating, even though it still provides a pleasant stay.

The staff was helpful. They gave great directions. breakfast included a good variety of options. i walked easily to the airport shuttle bus station in about five minutes. luggage storage was provided which was very convenient!

I noticed a bit of wear. It could use a refresh to maintain a modern feel.
