Solid stay near the sea
helpful staffs good condition great food
The staffs were very helpful upon my arrival. They assisted with my suitcases and brought them directly to my Oceanline Room. The pool area was kept in good condition, so I spent some time there. I found markets with great food a short walk along the sea front.
The hotel is far from the main entertainment area, requiring taxi rides.

attentive staff good customer service cleanliness
the staff exhibited amazing attentiveness and care. customer service proved consistently good. i found cleanliness and comfort very appreciable. they were always happy to help, ensuring i had all i needed.

breakfast presented a good selection although predominantly catering to russian and thai preferences. some western options were available but variety could be expanded, especially with fresh fruits and muesli. the coffee was robust.

the hotel is situated a little outside the central area offering a quieter environment. it is set back from a busy road offering a degree of seclusion. taxis are readily available for transport to nearby attractions.

the swimming pool is large and deep, suitable for swimming and relaxation. there is a path along the sea edge which allows for pleasant walks. the hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to terminal 21.

my room provided a sea view from the 17th floor which was a definite upgrade from my garden view reservation. the horizon room was large and spacious, providing an enjoyable experience. housekeeping services are regular and thorough.

underwhelming stay to be honest
packed elevators chinese tourists
the staff seemed polite. the pool area seemed well maintained so that was acceptable.
i'm not sure if this is typical. there were literal hordes of tourists, mostly chinese, and they took up every available seat in the lobby. checking in was a nightmare, and the elevators were constantly packed which caused a lot of problems.
