gorgeous hotel friendly staff river terrace loud traffic high price low level

The hotel is gorgeous. I found the trees, plants, and flowers abundant. It really created a beautiful oasis. Dining on the terrace by the river was one of the many highlights. I appreciated that the staff were friendly and efficient.

There was loud boat traffic, even at night, as the hotel is directly on the river. I thought the price for dinner was quite high. The overall level was below my expectations.

the noise from the river traffic persisted throughout the night it was hard to sleep soundly. dinner prices seemed steep considering the quality and choices offered i expected better value for the cost. these issues detracted from the experience i had hoped for at this small hotel.

The location provided easy access to major attractions. The historic building had established gardens. The pool area was well maintained. It offered a relaxing environment. The staff greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink upon my late arrival. The in-room Thai massages were of high quality. I found the breakfast overlooking the river delicious. The surrounding shops provided local experiences without hassle. I enjoyed good food and drinks nearby. The hotel is located near a canal tour. It is easily accessible.

There was quite a lot of ship traffic on the river both day and night.
