Venues include Serengeti 1 (suitable for 700 guests in cinema style or 450 for banquets), Masai Mara (boardroom for 12 delegates), Community Centre (adjacent to Serengeti 2), Kalahari (suitable for business breakfasts), Tsitsikama (conference room for 80 guests), and Savanna (often set up for computer training). The Sahara venue has a roll-down screen and double doors that allow cars to park inside.

CedarWoods of Sandton provides event customization and coordination. The hotel can host gala dinners, birthday parties, matric dances, year-end functions, product launches, weddings and exhibitions. The hotel provides wedding services, and allows clients to bring in their own decor, DJ, and wedding cake or use staff to arrange these details.
