The check-in was very quick and easy. I accessed the room without issue. The room was super clean. Two lovely armchairs complemented the flat screen tv. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. We extended our stay for an extra night due to the comfort. The bed was really comfortable after a long day.

The staff was not visible. I contacted them by mobile number. I rang to ask if the reception would have a pair of scissors. I was told there were none available, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is within walking distance of the centre and the pier. This made exploring easy. It's situated near a lively street with restaurants and bars. Arriving at the pier only took 10 minutes. The location was perfect!

the location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach. my room had a fridge, very useful for storing drinks. the staff were friendly and helpful . i was able to find parking outside with a permit provided by the hotel.

there was no lock on the bathroom door in my room, a real inconvenience. the bed was quite small, and i found the room uncomfortably hot. both bedside tables were missing their drawers, a minor detail but noticeable.

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the pier. several restaurants were also nearby. the superking bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. the room was a generous size.

The room felt small to me. there was evidence a painting had been removed from one wall. the wall remained unfinished. the wifi was poor. I could not watch bbc iplayer continuously.

The room had facilities like an iron with ironing board and a mini safe. Tea and coffee making facilities were very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the check-in and check-out were smooth. The room design was quirky and appealing.

The location is central. A short distance walk leads to the Lanes and the seafront. The hotel is situated next to wonderful coffee shops and pubs. It is easy to explore the surrounding area from here.

The breakfast was delicious and offered good vegan options for diverse diets. Everything, including both food and decor, was beautifully presented and curated. The breakfast can be pre-ordered to ensure preferences are met.

The customer service was excellent and the staff demonstrated easy access using individual key pads. The host was very quick to help where required. Vesna and Jamal showed kindness and helpfulness to all visitors.
